I am 63 years old. I purchased my first automobile in 1965. Obviously, I have had a few new cars since then.
Sometimes, buying a new car can be less than enjoyable. My experience at Coughlin was the most positive experience I have ever had when dealing for a new car. Dallas Frazier at Newark, Jeff Cavendish and Kevin Tomlinson at Johnstown, all worked to help my wife and me, find the exact vehicle we wanted and needed.
If I live long enough to purchase another new car, there is no doubt in my mind that I will begin my search at Coughlin Automotive. I sincerely appreciate the professional way in which all of you worked to make this buying experience special.

I have been negligent in not telling you sooner what a great service job Mark Reinhardt did.
In my opinion, from the start he did what was correct.
-He followed up cold on an internet inquiry I made
-I wasn't sure I wanted a pickup or even a Ford
-He encouraged me to come all the way out to Johnstown
-We test drove three trucks the first evening
-He stuck with me for 4-6 weeks while I waffled and watched our struggling economy
-He tried various times to find me a truck
and....He has even offered to drive my truck when I am not using it.
